What materials are used in the production process of NOVIA BLANCA jewellery?

We only use high quality materials:

• sterling silver
• gold-plated silver
• hypoallegenic alloys that are lead and nickel free
• AA zirconia stones
• freshwater pearls 
• genuine silk
• natural stones

How long until my order ships?

Almost all products in our online shop are ready to be shipped within 3 days.

Product that are made to order, from DREAM and PERLA collections may however take up to 14 days to be shipped. 

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost for Europe is 15 EUR. Orders over 1000 EUR are shipped free of charge.

Do you offer returns?

We do not accept returns. Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece.
